Heard a rumour that Myspace is getting too big and if you dont send any emails, then you will be deleted. Anyone else heard this?

Sounds like cack to me. Many users won't use the MySpaz email system. If they were to institute any such policy it would almost certainly have to be done on the basis of log ins (a faaaaar better indicator of redundancy) and even then they would have to send you notification of intent to remove.

Apparently, Myspace is hughly successful but doesn't make Mr Murdoch any money. I imagine Rup isn't used to running a charity and Myspace will be radically changed soon, and this is probably the start.

variations of this rumour have been around since 1999, when "Hotmail" was the subject, MySpace is just putting a modern, relevant-sounding spin on it.
