Changing languages in windows

I have a spanish laptop and windows and all its programs are in spanish, can i change it all to english, and if so how?

Try Control Panel - Date, Time, Language Options - Advanced

(Advanced is the last tab)

See if you can set it to Englsih. This may help (scroll down a bit)

By the way - this is assuming you have Windows XP.
If you mean you installed the Spanish version of Windows then no, you cannot change it to English. I take it on your desktop you have "Mi Coputero" and "Mi Network placeso" and "Exploro del internet". You can rename these but everything else will remain en espanol. Los Siento.
