Im looking to buy a house with my boyfriend but mortgages and house buying are completely new to us so need some advise please.

Which lenders are best for 100% mortgages?

Are three any lenders that will incorporate all the upfront fees with the mortgage?

Thanks in advance

I live in Cambridgeshire but strangely enough I grew up in Birmingham and lived there until 2 years ago!
Look at Moneyfacts website for best buys.
Try Cheltenham & Gloucester, I bought my first property a few months ago, 100%, free val and no arrangement fee, then spent all my disposable money and a maaaaaaaaaaaaaaassive tele.
always check for hidden charges, and never sign a contract or deal without asking an experienced family member or friend, I know sooooo many first time buyers who get stiched up without realising.

See at least three people, never pay up front fees for advice, unless you have bad credit, always take your other half .

Good luck with the house hunting, check out www.rightmove.co.uk for some great guides to buying.

(I`m a long standing estate agent!!!!!)
