Is XP Medic any good? Does anyone else use it, how would you rate it's performance. I find AVG does not register any virus at all, maybe I don't have any, but I suspect a few different things. I also have Zone Alarm it deleted a few a things which re-appered the next day. hmmmm....

Never used it, and don't have need for it. AVG and my firewall work perfectly fine. If AVG finds nothing, chances are you have no viruses. I assume you have a spyware catcher too, like adaware personal.
ZoneAlarm is a firewall and does not delete anything.

I have been using ZoneAlarm with AVG on all my pcs for a long time and find both to be excellent.

I also use other antispyware and trojan hunters such as Spybot, A2 and AdAware. All free.

Sorry, I meant to say Ad-Aware SE personal, it picks up that I have some stuff. But I run the same check the next day and there back. When I look at my system diagnostics, I notice I have ViewMgr.exe I have know ViewPiont Corporation things on my PC for it to be there. Should these not be deleted by AVG.

Does anyone ever get a humming/buzzing sound coming through on there speakers, from there PC. I checked them on the laptop, and they are fine?
