After 6 years of entering competitions online at the rate of 50-100 per week. The only thing I have ever won is free downloads, nor do I even know of anyone who has won. Does anyone know of a genuine site, I have tried sites like my offers ect and even newspaper and radio sites.

Hi like you i always enter competitions for holidays ,cash prizes ,i dont fill in surveys anymore its a waste of time its just to get all your details so they can sell them to advertizing companies who bombard you with junk mail and tel calls .the latest tel calls i was getting over christmas was from so called animal welfare charities DO NOT give them your bank details its a scam and they can empty your bank account i had a tel call to say i had won a holiday for 2 in spain but they wanted the flight ticket payment there and then NO CHANCE it was another scam .so my advice forget these so called free entries to win anything oh i also get emails everyday from free lotto in america to tell me i have won many thousands of dollars by filling in there serveys and by doing this you can pick numbers on there lotto but to claim it they want my credit card details and must agree to pay 90cents per day forget it its all 100% scam .and to prove it i rang there number in america and the young lady on the othere end told me sorry its only for U.S.A. residents only ??? BIG SCAM . good luck let me know if you win anything .

And really you need to enter the tiebreak competitions where you have to complete a phrase, for example. Fewer people can be bothered (me included) so only a fraction of the people enter.

My friend does them a lot and has won a car, a holiday and an ipod.

Here advice is to make it short, include a pun and mention the product and/or its benefits.
