What is the world's highest bungee jump?
a) the Verzasca Dam in Switzerland (b) Queenstown in New Zealand (c) Aviemore in Scotland
I do not think it is (b) because I found a website saying it was previously the highest and is now 2nd highest. However I don't understand the sites I looked at regarding the other two, because it mentions terms such as 'the highest fixed site' and I'm not sure if that is relevant to this type of quiz. Many thanks for any help

Thanks...what a brilliant answer (I hadn't read today's paper yet)...I just wish I hadn't researched so many answers... and still the tie-breaker to contend with (I've never been any good at tie-breakers). Good luck for the comps and have a very Happy New Year!
and a very Happy New Year to you

(I found the info in the telegraph online .... I have not read the printed paper today!)

Thanks again for the tip...but it has just occurred to me that if that was a mistake by the editing team, would the competition be void and thereby it would be a waste of my time trying to concoct a tie-breaker which might be a bit lame anyway? Happy New Year again, btw!
