when they advertised the base, mid and max offers, they told me that these were unavailable in my area, and would keep me informed when they are. i have never heard anything yet. also they said i could have the current broadband at 17 a month and would transfer me to base mid or max wheen they were available. do you think this is some sort of a con to get you on their 17 broadband? the max offer was apparantly 10, mid 5, base was free. (which is what i wanted!) does anyone have these internet packages? do they exist? is my theory right?

Sounds about right, I'm not too impressed with sky broadband - after telling us on three separate occasions that their service was available in my area, they suddenly decided it wasn't!
Have a look here to find out your broadband availability..
