I currently train 3 times a week doing wado-ryu karate and have been for almost 2 years. I love going to class but i have realised that to get further I need to start training harder at the basics and try to get a bit fitter. This is fine, however I cant even do a basic press up. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as this simple (yet very hard for me) exercise would benefit me in a big way!! thanks guys x

I did seki - juku for 2 years and it was incredibly hard. Swimming helped my fitness as did running but it takes time hun.
have you tried using an abdomaniser, whats it called thingy
curly - do you mean womaniser?? ; )
close fizz, good for pelvic muscles too
: ))))) lolol
Well im shocked
just start of doing them but just pushing up with the arms, lifting the chest, but keeping the groin on the floor, also try lying on your back with kness up and push your hand ups to you knees and hold for a few seconds, both will help build up muscles, but swimming is also good, more fun too
