After a very boozy (free!!!) works do last night I am feeling worse for wear today.

The heads ok as I drank loads of water afterwards and this morning but it's the stomach that feels very queezy any ideas what I can do to settle it down?

fatty foods are good for settling the stomach. Fry up it is.

Or go back to the pub. First drink or 2 will make you feel worse, but then you'll start to get drunk again and the whole world will be rosy
a greasy bacon sarnie usually does the trick for me :)

Im meant to be going Christmas shopping with the kids so more beer is out of the question, I am never drinking again!

I had lager most of the night but decided to give the cocktails a try, and as it was a hotel the staff didnt have a clue about making them and made them up as they went along one tasted like mouthwash, a BMW what ever that is and one with 2 shots of vodka 2 archers ad red bull.

It's all my own fault self inflicted, at least the blokes in a worse state then me he hasnt risen from his pit yet.
Fry up, coffee, water, several bottles of lucozade.... one hair of the dog. Match sticks for eyes.... Oh yeah, and shove some multi vitamins down your throat.
I usually find ice-cream's pretty good too as it lines the stomach and it always does the trick for me!!

If you're going shopping, pop into McDonalds for the milk shake!
raw egg mixed with milk.
A little tip to prevent a pounding morning headache. Drink as much as you want, but drop a couple of Neurofen down your throat BEFORE you go to sleep.

Works for me every time.
artichoke extract tablets are great to stop them, they supercharge the liver,

but i like to drink soda water and fresh orange juice, it is the most rehydrating drink i have found
