outlook express - blocked messages

I have been using "messages" > "block messages" for all of the many spam e-mails I have been receiving. Many of them have a woman's name as the sender name. I received one that appeared to be the same as those, but it wasn't. I saw from the e-mail address that it had been sent from that it was genuine, but I only knew this from the window which said "sender blocked", and so I didn't delete it like the others.

My question is, how do I unblock messages from this address and where do I find out where all my blocked addresses are?

Thank you. That worked perfectly. I see that I have got 81 blocked e-mail addresses. Half of them use the second part of my own e-mail address. What I mean is the @wherever.co.uk part. The preceding section of the address is an assortment of different letters, so , for example, it could come from [email protected] or it could come from [email protected]. It is a nuisance.
