Had two alternate flashing lights on this printer and message saying service me now you mean cow. Have taken printer to bits and found a tiny pice of saturated felt under cartridges but nobody seems to sell it. I think this is my waste ink pad but my question is, even if I can clean or replace this pad how do I reset printer? Found a site on net but does not have my model mentioned, am I doomed??
