I think you will have to go to the dvla website and order your plate yourself, don't leave it to late and you will have to work with the garage that is supplying your car...........

it will cost you extra as well,i would say about 299,just go on the website toureman has given you, select what you want, pay for it,they will send you the docs, give it to the dealer,he will do the rest for you.
Hi, My friend has just bought a new car, and the garage got their 3 initials as a surprise for them without them even having to ask! Didn't charge anything extra, as you say its just random so why should it be any extra..

Obviously they were really happy with this, personalised number plate for free....just ask, what have you got to loose.
lou - that was probably just luck. The garage had the number plate as one of their assigned ones and registered it to the car for them.

Can't help to ask though
err....
Cant hurt even
when you buy a new car or motorcycle from a dealer they have a printout available for you too look at which has on it all the plates that they have been allocated.

if you are lucky enough one of those plates may have your initials on it so asking would not be a bad thing to do however they cant pluck one out of thin air for you so if you want to be sure of getting one the dvla is the way to go and they are not that expensive unless you have a really popular set of initials.
