5d. "Material that has negligable electrical conductivity"

Any one got anything other than ANELECTRIC ?

I have always thought that this was related to friction and a quick dictionary search seems to confirm this:

Quick definitions (anelectric)

(a.) Not becoming electrified by friction; -- opposed to idioelectric.
(n.) A substance incapable of being electrified by friction.
