I am looking to get an anti bark collar as a last resort to stop the constant barking, The problem is that i have 2 dogs and am fostering one, The dog that we are fostering does not like you leaving him, he will constantly bark even if you nip off to the loo, you cant put the washing out with out noise, The neighbours are running out of patience, My 2 dogs that i never had a problem with are learning this behaviour and its becoming an orchistra, going out for a dog walk is a night mare if they see the leads they all go......

Would i need to get 3 anti bark collars? which ones are best?

Try a muzzle, as a cheap alternative. It tends to quieten mine down
You cannnot leave a dog muzzled when you leave it alone with other dogs., and I have never known a muzzle to stop a dog barking other than a cruel strap muzzle which holds their jaws closed.

The antibark collars that spray a citrus liquid when the dogs bark are quite good, look on ebay they are cheaper on there. Ther are others, but the dogs soon get used to them. If you intend keeping this dog for any length of time then try getting him one, and see if that solves the problem.

I would seriously suggest that you make arangements for the dog to go to someone else, as it is obviously upsetting the balance with your own two. There is nothing worse than neighbours who are anti dog barking (can't really blame them). Although you are doing it a favour, is it really worth the grief or fair to your other two? I assume you are getting stressed out with the situation and they will sense that and think it is their fault. He is obviously not happy, and needs to be with someone who can be with him most of the time, and spend time teaching him to be left alone.

A muzzle is not the answer like you said but the dog in question would not have been rehomed due to his age and the way he was brought up We are his last foster carers He is a lovely dog we love him and my other 2 dogs love him, we have no intention of putting him to sleep but we do need to sort the barking out, He is a very happy old chap that loves just to mooch around the house knowing that you are not far ...But even i have to do shopping at some time,
At he moment all 3 dags are sprawled across my floor they are all happy, so back to my original question would i need to buy 3 devices or which one is best? or what could i do to stop the barking?
There was no suggestion that only one dog ought to be muzzled.
Further, it was suggested as an association training device, once the dog realises that it gets muzzled if it barks it / they will respond accordingly, even old dogs learn new "tricks" contrary to popular misconception.
I can definitely recommend the spray collars. They're very effective and totally harmless. I've used them withy great success on my dogs.
I used the spray collar for a while but unfortunatly we had 3 GSDs and 2 of them were bro and sis and were both very talkative.
The boy used to bark when he had it on just to smell the lemon and he would bark untill it had all gone.uuuuum lovely. His sis used to bark and run round in circles trying to catch it untill it had all gone. I lost count of how many bottles of the lemon and how much it cost us.We tried the collar on both of them at seperate times,(when they werent tog) and when they were and unfortunatly it didnt work for us.They were both VERY smart and when they saw me with it.they would line up waiting for me to put it on them!!!!!!!
Water didnt work either as they both LOVED water,we had some fun with those 2 thats for sure.
We have always had more than one dog and i have to say .its very easy with one but more than 1 and you have your work cut out for you.Good luck! Regards
I have brought a superb device from Pets @ home, its called Dog Off, its a portable sonic device. If your dog barks, press the button and your dog shuts up, jumps on the couch, with command off, press the button, etc this sooo works, It cost 9.99

You could also try training the quiet command.
