think it was somethin to do with the floods in new orleans last year.

Yes it was, it's about the effect hurricane Katrina had on New Orleans. i'm sure i heard on one of the music channels on sky a couple of weeks ago that some real footage was used in making the video too.

The end caption "as not seen on TV" says it all - the video is about what should have happened - i.e. proper aid given to the people of New Orleans, instead of the political fiasco it turned into.

I guess if the floods had happened anywhere near the White House I'm sure GB would have kicked a few a***s and got things sorted properly.
