Spiders/crabs under skin

Is it just a myth that you can have spiders or crabs grow from eggs under your skin. Probably picked up from hot countries?

I though this was an 'urban myth'... like the woman who ate a tomato and a seed got caught behind her gum which then started to grow a shoot up into her brain lol!!... (although there prob. is some nasty 'tropical' arachnid that is capable of laying its eggs under tyour skin)... don't scratch it!!... : 0
