Can anyone tell me where I could buy an Ice Cream Wafer Maker/Holder. It's a wafer-shaped tray in which a wafer is placed, filled with ice cream followed by a second wafer. There's usually a device to lift the ice cream wafer out of the mould.

sorry, I thought that might not be it. Lakeland used to do the one you want but seem to have stopped. You might try other cooking gadget websites
