You might mean fluking, which is pulling something off by chance...

...otherwise I can only suggest that it's going supersize with your flamegrilled burger meal.

It is a dialect word used by children playing marbles and refers to an 'illegal' use of the hand which should be perfectly steady whilst using only the thumb to propel the marble.
