is it possible for two people who live 6000 miles away from each other and have never met to fall hoplessly in love with each other , bearing in mind that they are in constant touch for 8 months and even if they make a lot of very bad mistakes?

I think love is too strong a word, you have never spent 24/7 with this person, you may like the attention alot and want to be in love, but ask yourself could this be with anyone? You have never touched, kissed or smelt this person.... please don't fool yourself.Sure get them here, go there ... explore your feelings but be ready for reality.
No... really not. In my opinion anyway. You could be infatuated with each other but that would be it. Pixel mania at its worse I think.
yes it can and does happen more than ppl think it does.
It happned to me and my husband ..we had never met either and fone calls and chatroom were our only means of speaking everyday for 7 months before he came over here and since then we have been together.
yes it happens hun..so good luck with it .
yes it can happen. I know three people who met this way, they are all now married and two of the couples have kids :-)
Hmmm, i dont know how you can fall in love just by chatting online. But then again, it all depends on what you interpret as love. I think there is obviously a mental issue there. you are lonely and have reached out to this person as they seem to understand you. They might seem ok online, but when you actually meet them face to face, they could be totally different. I think what you are feeling is 'wanted', and you like it. The fact that they are showing you all this attention which you dont get off anyone else. You will never know love until you have slept with them. After all, after one night you might not hear from them again...
excuse me mr ben ,, I dont have a mental problem ,, I didnt need to feel wanted and neither did my husband .
We fell in love and long long before I or him felt the need to bloody shagg the pants off of each other.
If you honestly think the only way you will fall in love is by getting into a womans pants , then I pity the woman.
I once felt like I had fallen in love with someone online. We chatted for a few months and decided to meet, I had seen photo's of him and fancied him too. We could discuss everything. When we eventually met... I couldn't stand his trainers!! I didn't like the way he walked either. that was enough to get me back to reality.
I must admit though... the man I have been with for 5 years is someone I met from the net. We only messaged eachother and spoke on the phone for a week and I just knew he was different. We are still very much in love, best friends and fancy the pants off eachother.
The moral of the story.... You just never know until you've tried it.
