I'm not sure if this is appropriate for theis forum, but many years ago, I found an undeveloped film on a street and decided I would get it processed to see if there was any way of finding the owners. The pictures have subsequently remained in a box for several years now with no progress having been made.

The pictures look like holiday snaps from somewhere in Asia, maybe Thailand or India. There are only two pictures with people in them, one of which has two girls, who I presume are the owners of the film.

If anyone can suggest a way of getting this picture out into the public arena and see if anyone out there recognizes them, I would be extreemely grateful.

I kinda believe in the six degrees of separation theory , and feel that someone out there will recognize or know someone who may know someone who may.. etc., etc.

The picture may be viewed at http://www.diddyweb.com/recognition/

Thanks for any help.

You could try the local papers for the area you found the film. Ours sometimes runs stories like this.
by the street where you found it go to the nearest post office and all the local news agents and ask to put a notice up, with a pic or two, to see if anyone sees it

the family may well live nearby

I found the film many years ago, so maybe it's a little too late for the post office idea. I also no longer live in the same country, which makes it difficult to go back.

I have uploaded a short video with the picture to You Tube and have contacted the local newspaper, so we shall see what happens from that...
That's me!
