Erm,not sure how to put this!
I have a radio / casette in my car and do not want to remove it and replace it with a cd player...however i would like a facility where i can listen to my own music minus the casettes!!
I know you can get and in card cd kit which is like a portable cd player that you plug in to the car...but apparently they jump a bit!
Anyone suggest any good ones or any other ideas - can you plug mp3 players into them??

I had one a few years back. They usually come with a pad to sit your discman on that reduces the movement of the car, but they are liable to jumping a bit.
The insert for the cassette deck simply plugged into the headphone jack of the cd player, so if your mp3 player has a standard 3.5mm jack, you could use that instead. I think the kits are about 15.
I plug my personal CD into the car stereo and it doesn't jump at all. try getting one with antishock.
