23. Strike this man with a rheight ... Adolf Hitler has been given as an answer already. I can see the strike and hit but can anyone tell me what rheight means. I can't find it in Chambers.

not 100% sure about the word 'Rheight' but I think its to do with reflections from a light source in photography. I recall this being used on a description of some specialised cameras on Stealth Bombers. I hope this helps, if not i will shut up waffling!!

PS ... Been to Waterstones for Bradfords. The only one they could find on the computer was only about �6 !!! I feel sure that this sounds to cheap to be the one you are on about. Does your have a IBSN number. xx in anticipation

No 5 was suggested by another ABer and I've taken it as nap (as in dozes) and Orleans ( French town) - a bit iffy but again I couldn't do better.
As for no 30, James is the naughty engine, but couldn't get further so like you I'm going with the flow.
