Has anyone purchased a computer from Alienware? They've set up shop in the UK and the customisability (is that a word?) seems very good. Has anyone had good/bad experiences with them - both in terms of reliability and customer service?

The Alienware computer I have is the business, it's set up for the serious gamer and is faster than anything else I've come across. It's very reliable now, but getting it that way was tricky. The testing Alienware do is inadequate, it doesn't check for compatability with the most common on-line games. The customer service was rubbish, it took 6 months of phone calls and sending parts back and forth to get it fixed. I did consider sending it back and doing it all myself as it would have been cheaper! So, I recommend the computer but not the customer service.

ppl only go on bout how something is, but i think this time they have got it right
