How DO you make a simple apple and cinnamon martini?!!! I've searched and searched and I get lots of variations with goldschlagger and sugar syrup etc. But this really needed?

Ingredients:
4 cl Vermouth
16 cl Apple juice
Mixing instructions:
Serve without ice. At least the juice shold have room temperature.
