Hi, I'm just starting wine making after a 25 year break, and I'm stumped by a "measure"
I need to add some yeast nutrient to the wine with the enzyme and yeast, and the nutrient says to add 1-2 grams per gallon, is there a teaspoon measurement equal to this! or some other easy measurement as I do not have scales that measure that small!
many thanks in advance.

4 grams of sugar is one teaspoon. It depends what volume the food is eg flour would be more teaspoons.
I used to add about half a teaspoon when I made wine. Now I don't find it much cheaper to make than to buy in cut price outlets or maybe I've just got lazy!
