Where is little Nell (Dickens character from "The Old Curiosity Shop") buried?

There is a stone outside the Collegiate Church of St.Bartholomew in Tong Shropshire although this is thought to have been erected by a verger to attract "literary pilgrim"
In the book she dies beside the church mentioned by Tenter and is buried there. The verger jumped on the bandwagon and even forged an entry in the Parish death register.
