Not sure if it is a rhyme but think it goes 'a saturday flit is a short sit'. There may be more to it but thats all thats coming up on google so far.
Not a rhyme as such, just some old superstistious proverbs and sayings..

Leave hospital on a Saturday and you will soon be back.
A Friday's flit Will never sit
in Northern Ireland - A Saturday flit is a short sit
