A guy at work I like has asked me out to lunch, going in 20 mins, how can I stop myself from looking too much into a situation.

And you call me an agony aunt Cas?!

Spacey, is there a drinking culture where you are? I'm thinking after work drinkies? A bit of dutch courage in you and you could kiss him yourself. You could always blame the beer in the morning ...

Yeah alcohol has loosened him up before , we had a work do in the evening and I think he had a couple and he asked me to go outside for a chat etc, so I do think he deff likes me, I just want him to have more feeling for me than 'like'

I think if alcohol were to play a part when we are together next it might just make me a bit more flirty and daring, but I will let you know!
Hang on a sec Spacey.... I'm pretty dense when it comes to blokes liking me and tend not to notice unless it's written in the sky but even I might thing something was up if after a few drinkies I was asked to 'go outside for a chat.' Was it just the two of you? Did you go? Did you try anything on?

Hmmm....

I did go outside and we sat on the bench away from everyone else but in the same area if you get what I mean. We just chatted BUT I did invite him into my office to check out my videos on my camera..after a while he said we better get back to the others in case anyone gossiped.
Well is that because you checked out the videos on the camera as opposed to erm, checking out something else?!

Hmmm... Definately keep playing this by ear but if any of those situations come up againI think you should maybe attempt to take the bull by the horns so to speak.
Sounds like your both waiting for each other to make a move. If he asked you outside, on your own, then I'd have taken that as a green light.

But then, I have been wrong on these things before!
That's what I thought too Cas... Come on Spacey, get him down the pub! Has to be the way forwards... go on, you know you want to!

I sure do! :o)
I bet he's sat in his office (if he has his own) smiling too, wondering how to take things further as well....go and check lol :o)
