don't worry it's the easiest course in the world, you will be told everything, the exam is multi choice and very obviuos and the instructer is usually on hand too help if your stuck

actually i do vocational Health & Social care at school and all they said was i should know everything from some units that i did. hmmm....

Personel Hygiene. Reporting illness. Causes of food poisoning. Food storage, temperature and rotation. Awareness of pests(rats, mice, insects). Cleanliness of kitchen . Handling of food. High risk foods.

the bbc food website do a masterchef online test thing. That would be a way of practiising it maybe.
