I've recently reformatted the my main hard drive, but now whenever I bring up menus (using right-click off screen or left-click on programs like IE) cursor ghosts are left behind. A refresh or changing window normally does the trick to erase them, but it's bugging me! It also happens with the flashing typing-cursor too, which is even more annoying! I have an ATI Rage 128 Pro raphics card and am running Win 98. Any help gladly appreciated!

As you have recently had to re-install windows, my guess would be that perhaps your video drivers are no longer current. You could try going to ATI's web site and downloading the proper drivers for your version of Windows. Hope this helps Alan Canada
I had the same prob after installing new hard drive/windows98. I solved the problem by going to: control panel\system\performance\graphics then moving the accelerator back to the left until the ghosting stops- hope it works for you!
