It means it connects to your computer by the ps/2 port - a 6 pin din connection that is the pc standard.

ps/2 means Personal System (generation 2), and was originally a model of computer manufactured by IBM. Among many other things that were first introcduced to the personal computer market by this model were the keyboard ports we are familiar with. And since we still use them, they are just referred to as ps/2 ports.
