I just cant seem to get anywhere fast. ( i sorry to post another question but its a different subject so thought it would muddle my other post.)

I know it could seem i am just being impatient but my life feels like its stuck at the moment. I am in a low paid job, though have had an offer from the civil service though this will still not be much pay after deductions.

I am struggling with money my main concern being to save enough to move out, as i think i would be able to do more etc if i have my own place or something, just feel constrained living at home.

I am unhealthy and unmotivated and just feel like giving up. This being linked to being depressed and having no friends or a girlfriend. It would just be nice to have friends to go out with and to chat up women like i used to at uni. I feel like life is passing me by and there is nothing i can do about it.

Steve clearing out your old stuff is a good thing, it's what is often known as a Life Laundry and for good reason. Don't keep anything that reminds you of bad things only keep stuff that remeinds you of good things. The process of 'letting go' of your stuff is away of learning to 'let go' of the negative things in your life. Colours, music etc all have vital part to play in your emotional well being.
As far as work goes I suspect it is your unhappy state of mind at the moment that makes you think that people are talking about you - I'm sure they are not. It's what the people who know you think about you that matters - and as I've said before your posts reveal a caring, sensitive, kind conscientious person who's having a tough time at the moment.
There's always someone here who will listen and try to help you.

Fee is right ask your counsellor questions.
