In your case I would suggest one which is not spirit based :o)

A rubber based one I would think.If it says on the can that it is suitable for painting wellies then it probably does exactly what it says.

and I would also like those 2 banned! I do not have a hangover, I am merely a little under the weather. Cos my wellies were leaking.
