Installing Zen Cart

When I download Zen Cart and unzip the files I am presented with what seems like about 100 different files to open. Where do I start and what ones do I choose? I am absolutely clueless but need to learn.

Can you see any file called setup or install ?
Can you see any file ending in .exe
Try those by double clicking on them
