I think Mr Winstone was excellent in 'Scum' and 'Quadrophenia', but he seems to have settled into standard 'grizzled hard man' roles as he has got older, and I'm not so fond of those.

His daughter Jaime is a good actrerss, and daughter Lois made one really good single -

I sort of agree with your wife Barry and certainly  not in that link.  But something about him appeals to me.  He has personality  and I feel about him like I did about the late Bob Hoskins who I did have a bit of a crush on and I think he's a good actor.
