Is it the weather or is it me - I am finding time during the day extremely long.  Putting that TV on all day puts me nuts.  Yet when I look at the clock and find it is only 7pm I am thinking it is 11pm.

Is that me or does that happen to anybody else.

have you got anything to distract you from the clock - writing letters, doing big jigsaws, arranging flowers? Just anything you enjoy, really.

It's the time of year I think, when in some ways it's lovely for the days to become longer but the weather isn't good enough to enjoy it.

Daytime TV is depressing. Try local radio for a bit of company and background chatter while you do some hobby or surf the internet.

would really love to enjoy radio but don't hear it too good

It's winter jj. It'll get better .

I tend to spend a lot of time sewing or knitting, when I am not online, or involved in crafting groups, or having the odd meet up with neighbours.  This means I often get to around 7pm and realise I need to sort out something to eat.   The tv might be On when I am home but to be honest I rarely watch  it.  I do go to bed early( around 930 pm) as I am often stiff and sore and fatigue gets the better of me.   For me the trick is staying busy
