How should I organize my day to get the most out of the 4hrs I have in the morning to do chores and errands? I want an idea of what I can do each seven days a week from 9 am - 1 pm. I already workout in the afternoon before I had to head off to work in the late afternoon.

Yes, as I live in an apartment. I tend not to do anything I don't like

Some ideas: cooking, washing, ironing, cleaning, decorating, maintenance ...

It depends what you enjoy. You could probably spend many hours a day cooking, if you really enjoyed it. Making your own bread, for example ...
