Talking Privately On Ab,How Does It Work?

On another post someone seemed to indicate that you can talk"Privately" on AB,is this so, and how does it work?

There are(at least) two ther guys that I would like to help, but on a more one to one private basis.

I think I will stick to replying "in public",all the other wats are so awkward and complicated.

What I would do is, if the person you want to contact is on at the same time as you, I'd use a 10minute mail address.

The person you want to contact would then email that address - as a security/confirmation I would have the person send a codeword, then let you know the codeword via AB, and if it matched, you could then email the person from your email address.
