Not sure if this is the correct section.

I have a Spotify subscription. My credit card expired last November and this morning I thought I had better update it in the account. I logged in and found that it has already updated. Now, I know I definitely didn't do it and I'm the only one with password. Can it get linked from another site like Microsoft.

Thanks, Nero. I just found it strange that I had to change the details in all my other accounts except this one.
Amazon do it as well

While it's unlikely that your Spotify account got linked from another site like Microsoft without your permission, it's always good to double-check your account security settings. Sometimes, services update payment info automatically to ensure uninterrupted service. Regarding getting linked from another site, it's crucial to stay cautious with third-party services. If you're considering boosting your Spotify presence, sites like https://streamingfamous.com/buy-spotify-plays/ can offer organic engagement and visibility. To address your concern, I recommend changing your password and enabling two-factor authentication on your Spotify account for added security. It's also a good idea to reach out to Spotify's customer support to investigate the recent update further.
