i was born in oz in 1970 - moved to the uk with my parents when i was 13 yrs old.i now have a hubby and 2 children .can we migrate there ? if so what category do i migrate under?

you are entitled to australian citizinship, and your children are entitled to citizinship throu desent, but your husband is not entiltled. He may go to australia with a work visa and while you are there you can sponser him to become a resident, but he has to show he can work and has funds behind him to live on.

if u have an australian birth certificate u should already be recognised as an australian citizen therefore u would not need to apply yourself.if not if any of your parents r australian u can apply for citizenship by descent as for your hubby he can apply for a spouse visa if you are an australian you would be hus sponsor for more details u can visit the website at www.australian highcommission.com.au they do have an info line which costs 1 pound per minute good luck
