Does anyone know when, if ever, the museum in Winchester Va USA will open ?

Patsy died in 1963 and for the last 11 years there has been talk of opening a museum. A group has been formed for those 11 years but other than signs in an empty shop window that once said open in March 2006 and now say opening to be announced there is no news.
