I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks last week while I was on holiday in Mexico. I'm a big lady anyway of 19st - I weighed myself a few days before we left on 25th August. I had no appetite on holiday and I didn't eat a huge amount. that and I was limited on food due to being vegan. So mainly had fruit for breakfast - no lunch and a kids portion for dinner. I've weighed myself again today and I'm down to 17.5 st. Does this seem right? I understand i lose weight quicker when I try due to being bigger. But this feels excessive. My clothes feel exactly the same. I'm unsure if I should be concerned.. everything else is normal. I have my appetite back and eating more. But still got me a little worried. (Should also note at 38 degrees i certainly sweated some out too!)

If you feel as you should after a miscarriage, no temperature, no pain, no lack of energy, no abnormal discarge then don't worry about it.

Weigh yourself once a week and keep an eye on it.
