How do you stop the filling from oozing out of chicken kievs as they cook??

And i've tried sticking a hole in them!!

great question!! it always happens to me aswell!!!

I wrap mine in tin foil and bake them in the oven.

yes,but when you take the tin foil off mine always leak?

i haven't found a way to stop them leaking, but all the oily juice that is left in the baking dish i spoon out and pour over the kievs.
