A couple years ago I was helping my mom paint at the school. In the shelters I saw black blotches all over the ceilings. The shelters are sort of exposed to the elements so it could have been moss. Anyways, I told the principal and she wrote it down. I just went back to the school today to work in the garden and I noticed the mold was still in the shelter. What other steps should I take?
