Did you feel you coped well with being thrown in at the deep end? Do you feel you have a good working relationship with your supervisor when you are working together? If the answer to both of these questions is 'yes', you might get a glowing report next week. There's nothing to stop you looking around for other jobs. You'll know yourself, of course, how many...

It never hurts to try and better yourself and look for another job, but, it depends on your work history, your age and your motivation.
No. First few weeks are always difficult, give it a fair go

I've done retail hospitality and warehouse but if this don't work will go for warehouse and I'm 31. I don't want to be left jobless if it don't work.

Hospitality are crying out for good workers - in this day and age, get a good reputation in hospitality and you will have more work than you know what to do with.
Abbeylee, didn't you 'lack energy' in the last warehouse job? Would you be filled with enthusiasm, be keen to do well, if you got another similar job?
Do you like the job and the people, if so stick at it and try to show some enthusiasm. It always takes time to settle in and your work history is not good (from what you say on here) At 31 years old it's time to put some effort in and work hard

Yeah but then I found out they replaced with me with an employee so it a tricky one. I worked in McDonald's 5 years and b&m 1 year enough. I've had more opportunities and not taken interview because I thought it was going well. I get on with the team but I don't think they really friendly outside work.
You should never be friends with colleagues outside of work, it causes a lot of problems.
Keep your work and social life separate. At work, be friendly, helpful, always polite, have a laugh when you can but that's it. Christmas parties and leaving dos are bad enough and can trip you up.
Abby I have asked you this before. Do you live with your parents, what do they say about the jobs you have had, can you talk to them?
I wouldnt spend any effort or time looking at other jobs ....put 100% effort into making this work. Make your first target passing probation then 3 months then 6 months. At 31 you got to show you can settle down to something or future employers will think your unreliable or not up to regular work
Abbeylee, now that you're in your 30s, wouldn't you like to have a career in mind? It'd be good to have a job with prospects, but one that you enjoyed. All the things you've tried so far seem to have been of the 'This'll do' variety. None of them have been well-paid and the jobs themselves don't seem to have left you happy or fulfilled or keen to advance.
