Yeah, tough match against the hosts, who incidentally are the only side to have beaten England in 37 matches, going back to September 2021.

A much better match than against Nigeria. I am in awe of their spirit and stamina. Thank goodness no extra time - nor the dreaded penalty kicks (my heart really does not like them!).

Defining moment for me was the equaliser just before half time, that really showed the team's spirit. Some great performances but I would single out Milly Bright. I have not seen any of Australia's games yet, but you have to respect them for reaching the semis, host nation and, as Clare has posted, quite a record v England. May the better team win ;)
