Early 90's TV show set in a London Youth Club

Does anyone remember this kids/teen TV programme...

It was set in a south london (i think) youth club
I think it was on Saturday afternoons - maybe 5/6pm on ITV
The main character was called Trevor
There was a character who called himself Elvis as he loved The King
They played a lot of pool
It was supposed to be a comedy
Trevor was always getting in trouble
The last programme featured a dance-off between members of the club

No one I know remembers it and I cannot remember the name

Thanks Joe Shmoe - thats the one. How did you remember? No one else remembers it at all and I used to love it.

Desmonds was fab too - I didn't know they were written by the same people but I should have guessed
