i bought a ROYAL WILLIAM(Korzaun) Hybrid Tea rose bush in April from a very good independent garden centre its started to grow nicely in a sunny spot in the garden now its produced the first flower now another one, more in bud BUT these do not give any sent at all, these are noted for it that's why i bought this particular type, none of my neighbours can smell anything on it either
question do i have to give this bush time to establish its self before any sent is detected or is there something wrong with it

There is nothing wrong with it. The conditions this year have not helped. I've got over 70 rose bushes and the scent is nowhere near as good this year. If it is too dry it will not scent - and we have lacked rain recently. You could try smelling it early in the morning before the sun gets on it - particularly after a dew.
