Clips to to YouTube

Im trying to put a clip on YouTube, problem is it takes approx 2 hours 5 mins to upload, my computer re-boots every 2 hours. Ive tried closing down all other programs to speed it up but to no avail.

What in the name of Frodo Baggins are you trying to upload that would take 2.5hrs?!

Suggest compressing your video, or trying it elsewhere with a faster upload speed.

You can only upload a max of ten minutes of video footage onto youtube.

What format is it in?

Why does your computer re-boot every 2 hrs?

The video clip is from my digital camera, its only 2 mins long but 20MB. The upload rate is 3kb/sec. Every 2 hours the internet connection shuts down and starts again.
Ive been successful with 30 sec clips but this one just misses out.
