Is there a mistake with 8/29A and 7d/29a this week. The answer to the first clue is Moreover but there is no space to give the answer to the second part of the second clue?

The problem is (as with RTE Guide) its a stinker of a Crossword.

Beautiful morning here, I am now going to have a nice walk
to post all my crosswords. (that cannot be done online) Costs
a fortune ~ £2.20 alone for the RTE Guide crossword.
